Bar Manager / Asst Gm

Overview We are looking to add a dynamic Assistant Manager to our team at Rocky Mountain Pizza! We are an independently owned pizza restaurant and bar, proudly serving Georgia Tech students, sports fans and Midtown business professionals for well over 20 years! Unlike corporate-run establishments, we empower our employees and managers by delegating authority and fostering a collaborative environment. Key Qualifications and Responsibilities Experience: Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience (front-of-house and bar, some back-of-house preferred). Availability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and days. Skills & Attributes High energy and ability to keep up a fast pace with our staff. Strong self-management skills to maximize time on shift. Ability to motivate others in a fun and positive manner. Excellent attention to detail and adherence to procedures. Management Duties Experience with Toast POS is preferred. Bar and liquor ordering Responsible for Bar and server schedule every 2 weeks Attend bi-weekly management meetings. Perform daily transactionsreports and closing out servers. Provide support to the General Manager and other management team members.
