Marketing, Digital & Sales ManagerA leading international senior home care company is seeking a dynamic individual to assist in establishing our newest Prescott location. The Marketing, Digital & Sales Manager is responsible for maintaining and developing new and innovative marketing methods. This leader’s essential objective is to drive strategy and scale growth. A key role of this position will be to create an environment and culture that provides strong vision, direction, and support to teams that will impact the company’s growth and ensure success for all. The ideal candidate is an experienced Health Care Sales professional who can help us continue to grow. The ideal candidate will possess an entrepreneurial spirit and have an in-depth hands-on experience in marketing and sales development in home care. At Senior Helpers, we believe our employees are our greatest asset.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Assist the Branch Manager in developing a marketing strategy for the newestOversee budget for marketing provided by the Branch ManagerFormulate strategies for both new and existing partnerships, joint ventures and/or alliancesNegotiate and influence to ensure revenue growth.Participate in the development and implementation of specific strategies that will ensure high-quality client care and effective utilization of resources, for growth and financial viability.Provide information to community organizations on services providedDevelop strong relationships with referral sources to assist in the growth of the organizationProvide education to the community on services providedFollow up on all referrals and leads to ensure the best client experienceMaintain awareness of competitive landscape.
