We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Board Certified/Board Eligible gastroenterologist to become part of our well-established gastroenterology program located at our facility in Springfield, Missouri. This position is within a hospital that serves as a leading Level I trauma center with 880 beds, recognized as the primary referral center in the region.

What We Offer

• Competitive compensation package: $700,000 base salary plus a $50,000 bonus
• Four-day workweek with predictable scheduling
• Call schedule of 1:8, supported by a robust cross-coverage system and advanced practice provider assistance

• No cap on earnings, with potential to reach upper-quartile to top-decile income levels
