Staff Research Engineer: Agent Evals & Post-Training
Nominal
Nominal is seeking a Staff Research Engineer to define how we measure its agents and to build the path from evals to post-trained models for real hardware tasks. You’ll lead eval suites, benchmarks, and the post-training workflow, including RL and distillation, in live and air-gapped environments. Join a team blending ML engineering, hardware insight, and AI-native tooling to drive measurement strategy with engineers and hardware experts for reliable AI in physical systems. #J-18808-Ljbffr Nominal
