Bilingual Customer Service Representative
LHH has partnered with a dynamic and growing financial services company dedicated to providing top-notch services to their clients. As the company continues to expand, they are seeking a talented individual to join their team as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, reliable, strong work ethic and eager to learn and grow within the company. Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients
- Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with account inquiries, transactions, and financial product information
- Discuss and clearly explain to clients their 401k options and how to allocate their funds
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure timely and accurate resolution of client inquiries
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in both English and Spanish highly preferred
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service
- Previous experience in the financial services or similar industry preferred
- Bachelors degree preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce or CRM software
Compensation:
- $22.00/hour starting pay
- Contract-To-Hire

Schedule:
- Monday-Friday; 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm
- Office is located in La Mesa, CA
- After training, there is opportunity to work a hybrid schedule
