Sr. Feasibility Lead - FSP

Fortrea seeks a Senior Global Feasibility Lead to drive operational strategy and planning for clinical trials through data analysis, feasibility studies, and site selection. The role involves managing complex global projects, leading cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior staff while serving as a subject matter expert in feasibility processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, analyze, and present primary and secondary data to support operational and strategic planning
• Conduct data mining and oversee primary data collection for large, complex clinical trial feasibility assessments
• Lead standalone feasibility efforts and manage final report creation and client delivery
• Provide oversight and quality assurance of junior team members' deliverables throughout feasibility projects
• Mentor and potentially manage junior global feasibility team members; lead process improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent relevant work experience in clinical research
• Demonstrated expertise in data mining, analysis, and presentation of complex scientific data
• Strong writing, presentation, and client-facing communication skills
• Experience in global drug development and clinical trial operations
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple competing priorities
• Experience analyzing study and investigator performance metrics
• Strong attention to detail, quality control, and personal professionalism
