As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.Compensation: $15.00 per personCleaning & Maintenance Responsibilities:Pool Deck Cleaning & MaintenanceSweep, hose, mop, and pressure-wash pool deck surfaces as scheduledRemove dirt, sand, leaves, algae, and other debrisClean and organize pool furniture, handrails, ladders, gates, and safety equipmentEmpty trash receptacles and replace linersMonitor deck for slip hazards, damaged tiles, or unsafe conditions and report issuesSet up and break down pool area during opening and closing hoursMain Lobby CleaningSweep, vacuum, and mop lobby floorsClean entrance doors, glass, windows, and handlesDust and wipe furniture, counters, railings, and fixturesEmpty trash cans and maintain a clean, welcoming appearanceSpot-clean spills and high-traffic areas throughout the dayBathroom/Restroom CleaningClean and disinfect toilets, urinals, sinks, counters, and mirrorsRefill restroom supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, soap)Mop floors and sanitize high-touch surfacesRemove trash and maintain odor-free conditionsReport plumbing issues, leaks, or damaged fixturesTrailer Office CleaningSweep, vacuum, and mop floorsClean desks, tables, chairs, and common surfacesEmpty trash and recycling binsClean windows, doors, and break areasMaintain a neat and professional office environmentSafety & SanitationFollow proper cleaning procedures and chemical safety guidelinesUse wet floor signs and safety barriers as neededIdentify and report safety hazards or maintenance issuesGuest & Staff SupportMaintain professional appearance and courteous behaviorRespond promptly to requests from guests, staff, or supervisorsAssist housekeeping and maintenance teams as neededSupplies & EquipmentProperly use, clean, and store equipment and suppliesNotify supervisor when supplies are lowBenefits & Other Compensation: This position includes eligibility for the following benefits, subject to applicable plan terms:Healthcare Benefits – Medical (if determined by the ACA measurement)Retirement Benefits – 401(k) with employer match (19 years of age and older)Eligibility for benefits and the specific terms, conditions, and offerings are governed by the applicable plan of documents and company policies, which may be amended at the Company's discretion.About Troon: Founded in 1990 and headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ, Troon is the world's largest professional club management company, that specializes in services in golf, hospitality, and residential communities.
