Family Medicine NP/PA — Ambulatory Care, Day Shift

Northwestern Medicine seeks a Nurse Practitioner to join our Family Medicine team. This 100% ambulatory role supports hospital follow-ups, pre-operative assessments, same-day sick visits, and routine return visits. Working Monday–Friday, you will collaborate with physicians and care teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
