Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Identify, attract, and engage top talent through networking, referrals, social media, and recruiting platforms.
• Conduct interviews and candidate assessments.
• Partner with leadership to evaluate candidates and make hiring recommendations.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Represent the firm at networking, recruiting, and community events.
• Develop creative recruiting strategies that support firm growth.
• Track recruiting activity and continually improve recruiting processes and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3-7 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience required.
• Proven success sourcing, engaging, and hiring quality candidates.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Experience with LinkedIn, Indeed, applicant tracking systems, and other recruiting tools.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and excited to contribute to a growing organization.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $85,000-$105,000 , dependent on experience.
