Warehouse Selector - Freezer

2nd Shift Freezer Order Selector Location: 630 John Handcock Rd., Taunton, Massachusetts 02780-7380 Pay & Hours • Starting rate: $22.95 per hour with a $1.00 second‑shift premium.• Additional $1.19 hourly freezer premium for hours worked in the designated freezer function.• Weekly overtime available: 5‑day work week, Sunday‑Thursday 4:00pm‑approximately 3–4am, Friday 2:00pm‑approximately 8–10pm. Days off: Saturday and one additional day during the week. Benefits Company‑sponsored benefits beginning day one. 4% 401(k) match starting on day one. Responsibilities Work in a manual distribution center selecting orders in a freezer environment. Operate warehouse equipment and scanners to retrieve items from air‑lift shelving. Lift and move up to 100lbs unassisted. Work entire shift on feet, typically 10+ hours per day. Maintain speed and efficiency to increase earnings. Qualifications Must be 18years of age or older. Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed. Must be able to work in extremely cold conditions associated with a freezer. Ability to lift up to 100lbs comfortably and unassisted.
