PART-TIME RECEPTIONIST /SPOTTER - STOKES HONDA

As our receptionist, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting clients entering business and receiving incoming phone calls for a busy car dealership. Position available immediately. Responsibilities Meet and greet customers promptly both on the phone and in person Work hand in hand with dealership management and accounting staff Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers and record the amount received Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers Posting to internal accounting and stocking in inventory Process internals daily Guarantee all checks in accordance with company policy Answer phones and direct customers to the proper department and follow up in a timely manner Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer them to the appropriate individual for resolution Follow all company safety policies and procedures Promptly and efficiently answer a multi-line switchboard and transfer calls Check with management at the end of each shift to ensure nothing is outstanding Filing (car deal files, hard copies) Perform any other special duties as requested by the dealer and other managers Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information Excellent oral communication skills Professional personal appearance Ability to communicate customers' interests, needs, and requests to management and sales personnel Able to work a flexible schedule Hours Monday-Friday: 5:00 pm to close; Wednesday 10:30 am to close; Saturday 9:00 am to close Seniority level Entry level Employment type Part-time Job function Administrative Industries Motor Vehicle Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
