Up to $265K+ annual salary (negotiable)
$50K Sign-on bonus
Up to 20K relocation assistance
5% 401K match
3% annual merit pay increase with quality performance

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Primary Care Physician (FM, IM, BCGM)

100% Outpatient - Geriatrics only
Well trusted, Physician-lead healthcare org. with over 120+ locations in 15 states
Manageable caseload - patient focused organization
Monday – Friday work week, no weekends
Onsite lab, Pharmacy, and X-Ray in most locations (120+ locations in 15 states)

BC / BE - FM, IM, or Geriatrician
