Job Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with current federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines, as well as established facility policies and procedures. Coordinate total nursing care for patients, participate in patient and family teaching, and provide leadership by working cooperatively with other nursing staff and multidisciplinary team members. Supervise and assist in the development of plan of care for each resident. Prerequisites Graduate from an accredited registered nursing associate's degree program required. Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Current Certification of BLS Healthcare CPR in Adult, Child, and Infant.
