CNC MACHINIST, NIGHT SHIFT

Job Summary: Diamondback Industries is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist for the Night Shift to join our high-performing team. As a market leader in Energetics and precision manufacturing, we produce critical, American-made components where quality and reliability matter. In this role, you will operate advanced CNC equipment, including Doosan machines with FANUC controls, to manufacture proprietary components in a clean, climate-controlled environment. You’ll play a key role in maintaining our high standards while contributing to efficient, consistent production. Operate Doosan CNC machines with FANUC controls to manufacture components according to specifications and industry standards Work in a climate-controlled, clean manufacturing environment with a safety and ergonomic mindset Use industry-standard measurement tools, gages, and specs to ensure internal quality standards of 99.6% Troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on machines as needed to ensure efficient operation Manage tool offsets, machine load, and tool life management to maximize efficiency and meet cost goals Work collaboratively with engineering and production teams to optimize manufacturing processes and minimize waste Utilize cell-based software to monitor and optimize manufacturing processes for maximum efficiency and quality Operate and maintain equipment in a safe and effective manner to minimize downtime Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction Job Qualifications: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in CNC machining Mechanical aptitude and experience troubleshooting problems Willingness to work night shift Monday to Thursday, 4:20 p.m. to 3:20 a.m. Ability to safely perform related physical demands of the role: lift up to 70 pounds as needed Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Knowledge of safety protocols and guidelines in a manufacturing environment Compensation up to $30.00 per hour depends on experience and years of service.
