Description Patient Scheduler — Inbound Call Center AICA Orthopedics · Marietta, GA Pay: $21-27/hour + performance bonus Location: In-office, Marietta, GA Schedule: Full-time, Mon–Fri, 40 hrs/week Turn inbound calls into booked appointments at a personal-injury orthopedic practice. Injured people call us in pain and unsure what to do next — your job is to earn their trust fast and get them scheduled with a doctor. If you're warm on the phone, quick, and you like hitting a number, read on. About the role AICA Orthopedics is Atlanta's premier orthopedic and injury care network — 21 locations, 25 years caring for accident patients. Most of the people who call us are personal-injury patients dealing with an auto accident. You're the first voice they hear, and the whole objective is simple: get them booked with the right doctor, and find out if they're working with an attorney. What you'll do Answer a high volume of inbound calls and web inquiries — mostly auto-accident and PI patients Convert those calls into scheduled appointments through warm, confident conversation Ask whether the patient has an attorney and route the case correctly Capture accurate patient info — name, DOB, contact, injury, insurance — the first time Document every interaction in Salesforce and stay HIPAA-compliant Hit your answer-rate and call-to-appointment conversion targets What you need 2+ years on the phones in a role where you booked, sold, or converted — call center, scheduling, inside sales, retail, or hospitality all count Healthcare, medical scheduling, or personal-injury experience A track record of hitting targets, and comfortable being measured on conversion Genuine empathy and patience with people who are hurt and stressed — without losing the booking Accurate, fast data entry and comfort juggling a couple of systems at once Salesforce or similar CRM experience Nice to have Familiarity with attorney referral or insurance coordination Bilingual Spanish/English Why AICA Performance bonus tied to conversion, answer rate, and show rate Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match Paid holidays and PTO Structured onboarding and coaching, with room to grow across a 21-location network Nice to have Familiarity with attorney referral or insurance coordination Bilingual Spanish/English Requirements 2+ years on the phones in a role where you booked, sold, or converted — call center, scheduling, inside sales, retail, or hospitality all count Healthcare, medical scheduling, or personal-injury experience A track record of hitting targets, and comfortable being measured on conversion Genuine empathy and patience with people who are hurt and stressed — without losing the booking Accurate, fast data entry and comfort juggling a couple of systems at once Salesforce or similar CRM experience #J-18808-Ljbffr AICA Orthopedics, P.C.
