As a School-Based Therapist with Compass Health Network, you’ll provide mental health services directly in the school setting, helping students and families overcome challenges and build brighter futures. You"ll be part of a supportive, integrated team that believes in compassionate care, clinical excellence, and the power of early intervention. This position serves middle and high school students in the Lafayette County School District. There may also be some flexibility needed to spend one day per week in Warrensburg (Johnson County) supporting elementary-aged students.
