About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Sales - MedTech to take on a pivotal role in driving commercial relationships with major medical device and MedTech accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading strategic enterprise sales cycles, from prospecting to closing, and will play a key part in the company's growth strategy. This role demands a leader with a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly in the MedTech or device sector, and the ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder organizations. The VP, Sales will work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer, as well as Product, Clinical, and GTM teams, to expand the adoption of AI-driven patient engagement solutions. A field-first, hunter approach is essential, with a focus on owning accounts from cold outreach to close. Applicants for the VP, Sales - MedTech position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred) and at least 10 years of enterprise sales experience, with a minimum of 5 years in the MedTech or device industry. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in closing large enterprise deals, particularly those exceeding $1M, and experience in selling consulting, SaaS, or AI solutions. The ideal candidate will be a VP-level enterprise seller with a history of meeting quotas of around $3M+ ARR per year, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a commitment to safety, ethics, and patient-centered outcomes. Nice-to-have qualifications include strong analytical skills, existing executive relationships in the MedTech sector, and familiarity with AI, digital health, or data-driven patient engagement platforms.
