This includes a competitive salary ranging from $50,000-$60,000 based on experience. It also includes: Company provides at 100% paid for the Manager: Medical, Dental, Vision, STD/Life Insurance. Additional benefits include: PPO upgraded plan options, Employee and Dependent Life Insurance, Critical and Accident Insurance, 80 hours of PTO.Job Objective: Oversees the managing of the day-to-day operations of the hotel front office operations. Ensure that the quality and service standards are achieved and maintained.Qualifications/Requirements: Self-starting personality with a professional disposition is required. At least 1 years of management/supervisory experience in the service industry (hotel experience preferred). Must be able to prioritize workload, keep up with assigned schedule as well as communicating well with associates, management, and guests. Have pride in completing assigned tasks as well as "pitching-in" and helping associates with their job duties to be a team player. Must have fluent computer skills including fluency with word processing, spreadsheet data entry, and navigating the internet.
