As a Proposal Associate in Commercial Banking Sales within the Commercial & Investment Bank, you will independently manage end-to-end RFP responses for treasury services, commercial card, and healthcare payment solutions, partnering with Sales, Product, and subject matter experts to write, edit, and proofread concise, client-focused, and compliant proposals that are complete, well positioned, and support strategic client growth, with the opportunity to progress into actively managing complex, multi-product proposals as you build expertise.Job ResponsibilitiesIncorporate and revise pre-approved written responses as well as newly crafted responses into proposalsWrite custom, client-specific sections of the proposals Incorporate winning themes and features/benefits into the solution Ensure proper and consistent messaging by proofing, editing, and rewriting all sections of the document as requiredIdentify any additional narrative needs and consult with subject matter experts to clarify details and develop custom responses Incorporate graphical elements materials and help identify any additional graphic needs and work with graphic artists to develop and finalize Translate and map technical information into language understood by all levels of clientsUnderstand the client’s RFP request and provide consultative advice to deal teamResearch topics, gather and analyze information and background materialsSubmit newly crafted sections to content management team to create new, re-usable proposal contentRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skillsA 3+ years of sales, implementation or support of treasury management, commercial card or healthcare payment servicesA 2+ years technical, business or proposal writing experience in banking or Treasury Sales products.Excellent business writing and grammar skills are essentialIntermediate to advanced Microsoft Word and Adobe Professional proficiency requiredProven ability as a self-starter, detail oriented, well organized and able to multi-task effectivelyHigh level of independence, energy and integrity; demonstrates respect for a diversity of opinions and styles, and accepts accountability and responsibilityExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively and efficiently as a team member on multiple projects with tight deadlinesSchedule flexibility to meet deadlines with the ability to work flexible hours as required during critical phases of the projectAbility to develop and maintain a broad knowledge of Treasury Sales and Commercial Card products as well as the technology, equipment, operations processes and systems commonly usedPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsUnderstanding of government bidding/ corporate procurement requirements and processKnowledge of Treasury Sales or commercial card products and services JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
