Job Details: Position: ICU Burn Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit Burn at a healthcare facility in Plano, TX. Shift Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week. Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, Certifications in trauma, burn, surgical ICU experience; important communication and critical thinking skills. Preferred Qualifications: BSN, CCRN certifications; experience in wound care, codes, EVDs, MTP procedures. Additional Information: The unit is a burn ICU and trauma ICU with 30 beds, staffed with approximately 85 team members. The environment involves critical care equipment and EMR Meditech. The role requires adaptability to the team-based culture, proactive communication, and willingness to assist colleagues. Float: Float rotation may be required.
