Chestnut Hill Hospital, part of the Tower Health Network, is seeking a skilled Anesthesiologist to join their team in a vibrant Philadelphia neighborhood. This role involves providing comprehensive anesthesia services for a diverse range of cases, contributing to a well-established medical community. • Located in a prominent neighborhood of Philadelphia
• Chestnut Hill Hospital provides both inpatient and outpatient diagnostic and treatment services
• The facility has 148 beds, 300 physicians and healthcare professionals, two women’s centers, an offsite physical therapy center, and primary care practices
• Case assignments include General, Ortho, Endo, Cytology, Cyto, GYN, ENT and more
• Team Leadership: Edo Ginsburg, MD - Chief Anesthesiologist

Responsibilities

• Assist in the directing and coordinating of activities in the Anesthesia Department
• Responsible for the medical management of patients who are rendered unconscious and/or insensible to pain and emotional stress during surgery and other medical procedures
• Pre-anesthesia assessment
• Obtains and/or verifies patient consent
• Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
• Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition
• Performance of clinical intervention as needed

Compensation

• Salary: $525,000 annually
• Sign-on incentives: $100,000

Requirements

• M.D./D.O. Degree from an accredited College of Medicine
• ECFMC and FLEX
• Completion of approved residency in anesthesia
• Currently licensed as a physician
