SUBSTITUTE - CUSTODIANS
Job Title: SubstituteCustodians Reports to: Maintenance Manager FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED; Fingerprint background check is required; Must pass a criminal background check that meets required state, federal, and Clarkston School District standards; Must have, or be able to obtain, current valid CPR/First aid certificate Safe Schools Training is REQUIRED , and needs to be completed BEFORE start date Job Description: Sweep, mop, wax, buff, and scrub floors Empty trash and garbage containers Dust, wax, and polish furniture and woodwork and metal work Wash windows, walls, and blinds Move and arrange furniture as required Unlock and lock buildings Prepare buildings for meetings and programs Remove snowand icefrom sidewalks and other areas as required Other duties may be required by building administrator Other duties as assigned byMaintenance ManagerNONDISCRIMINATION
