Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and professional Call Center Agent to communicate with customers, answer inquiries, and provide helpful information about products and services. This position is ideal for someone who communicates confidently, listens carefully, and enjoys helping customers while developing valuable communication and relationship-building skills. Responsibilities Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally. Respond to questions regarding products and services. Explain product, service, and promotional information clearly. Assist customers with routine questions and concerns. Identify customer interests and potential opportunities for additional products or services. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and activities. Communicate customer feedback and recurring concerns to the team. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member when necessary. Provide a positive and professional experience during every interaction. Collaborate with team members to achieve customer service and business objectives. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. Professional and customer-focused attitude. Comfortable communicating with customers by phone. Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Excellent organization and attention to detail. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Previous call center, customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus but not required.
