Clinical Growth That Goes Beyond Continuing Ed Kinetix treats outpatient orthopedics and advanced manual therapy as a starting point, not a ceiling. You’ll have access to advanced modalities like Dry Needling, Class IV Laser, Shockwave Therapy, Neubie, and custom orthotics, plus direct access care and diagnostic testing that includes nerve conduction studies, EMG, and neuromusculoskeletal ultrasound. Clinicians with an interest in going further can pursue advanced training or residency opportunities in Primary Care PT, EMG/NCS, or MSK ultrasound, alongside ongoing mentorship, continuing education support, and workshops led by local and national speakers. New graduates work alongside experienced clinicians to build confidence, clinical reasoning, and manual therapy skills from day one, while experienced PTs have room to pursue specialty training, mentor others, and grow into leadership roles as the practice continues to expand across the Gainesville area. • 82,000–$110,000 base salary
• 2,500 sign-on bonus
• 10,000–$15,000 average annual bonuses

Bonus opportunities earned weekly and paid biweekly Qualifications: Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program Current Florida Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure New graduates and experienced physical therapists encouraged to apply Strong interest in outpatient orthopedics and/or primary care physical therapy Ability to work collaboratively with patients, clinicians, and support staff Excellent written and verbal communication skills Commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based patient care Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Provide skilled physical therapy services in an outpatient setting Utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and other appropriate treatment techniques Monitor and document patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed Educate patients on their condition, treatment plan, home exercises, and strategies for continued progress Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic environment Provide high-quality, patient-centered care while maintaining professional and ethical standards Skills: Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong manual therapy and therapeutic exercise skills Ability to develop individualized treatment plans Ability to educate and motivate patients Strong time-management and organizational skills Commitment to continued learning and professional development Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team Benefits:
