Responsibilities Run a profitable restaurant and ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Work with your leader to set restaurant goals and create a plan to achieve them. Lead a team of Department Managers, helping them set their own goals, follow up on progress, and provide coaching and direction to improve their departments. Help improve the Departments to improve the restaurant overall. Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure the restaurant has the right team to lead into the future. Qualifications Previous General Manager experience running high‑volume locations. Background in quick‑service restaurants strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail. Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate‑owned and operated restaurants.
