Your Responsibilities

As a Financial Analyst for Deere & Company World Headquarters located in Moline, IL or Johnston, IA, you will responsible for:

• The short-term funding needs of the company through the commercial paper market and intercompany funding mechanisms
• The daily investment of the company's U.S. and Canadian operating cash balances
• Maintenance and management of the company's cash investment guidelines
• Assist with managing US and Canada short-term cash forecasting processes
• Month-end and quarter-end reporting
• Disclosure review
• Execute and assist with other Treasury activities and projects

What Skills You Need

• 2+ years of experience in Finance and/or Accounting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and desire to seek out answers independently
• Strong communication skills including written, oral, and presentation capabilities

What Makes You Stand Out

• Experience in banking or finance industry
• Experience in corporate treasury department
• Strong technical aptitude
• Motivation to take ownership of work and see initiatives through to completion
• Experience with technological tools that promote automation and process efficiency

Education

Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/ Finance or related discipline
