Full-Time | Marshall, MN | Monday–Friday, 8:15 a.m.–5:15 p.m.
$41,600 Base + Commission

Andrew Suby State Farm is looking for a customer-focused, organized, and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll help customers with their insurance needs while identifying opportunities to recommend additional products and services.

What You’ll Do

• Answer calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally
• Assist with policy changes, billing questions, coverage questions, and account updates
• Help customers navigate next steps following a claim or loss
• Build strong customer relationships through attentive, personalized service
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
• Generate and follow up on leads, quotes, and customer requests
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Work toward agency goals for customer service, retention, and sales

 
What We’re Looking For

• Previous customer service experience; insurance or financial services experience preferred
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable multitasking
• Comfortable learning new technology and computer systems
• Comfortable having sales conversations and recommending products
• Coachable and willing to learn
• Willingness to obtain and maintain required insurance licensing
