Ability to accurately identify inventory, shipping documentation, and storage locations. Strong attention to detail, dependable attendance, and commitment to workplace safety.Physical Capabilities Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and climb on and off powered industrial equipment throughout the shift. Ability to lift, move, or reposition materials weighing up to 50 pounds when required. Ability to safely operate forklifts in busy warehouse and manufacturing environments. A Forklift Operator supports warehouse productivity by transporting, stacking, loading, and organizing inventory using powered industrial equipment. This role combines equipment skill with organization and attention to detail while maintaining safe warehouse operations. The Forklift Operator works with forklifts, warehouse equipment, inventory systems, and shipping operations while helping maintain efficient material flow throughout the facility.
