What You'll Do
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Volkswagen vehicles
- Use factory diagnostic equipment and service procedures
- Complete warranty and recall repairs to manufacturer standards
- Conduct multi-point inspections and document findings clearly
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of automotive repair experience preferred
- ASE certifications a plus (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
- European or Volkswagen experience preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
