Build patient‑centered treatment plans through counseling and education. Recommend and fit the right hearing devices. Partner with your Regional Manager to keep the clinic thriving — financially, culturally, and clinically. Sell hearing aids and accessories using Integrity Selling. Operate with autonomy and an entrepreneurial mindset. What you’ll need Audiologists: Master’s or Doctorate in Audiology + valid Missouri audiology license in good standing, or a Kansas audiology license with willingness to obtain Missouri licensure within 6 months of offer date. Hearing Instrument Specialists: Valid Missouri Hearing Instrument Dispensing license in good standing, or a Kansas HIS license with willingness to obtain Missouri licensure within 6 months of offer date. High school diploma required; related college degree preferred. 1+ year diagnostic testing and hearing aid dispensing preferred.
