- Provide ABA therapy in various settings, including the client's home, school, or community , as directed by the BCBA and in accordance with RBT guidelines .
- Implement individualized treatment plans with consistency and fidelity under BCBA supervision.
- Collect and accurately record data to track client progress and behavior changes.
- Collaborate with BCBAs and team members , participating in regular supervision meetings and training sessions .
- Offer compassionate support to clients and families, building rapport and fostering a positive therapy experience .
- Adhere to company policies and ethical guidelines to maintain the highest standards of professional conduct.
- Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is a plus).
- Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental needs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills , with the ability to build relationships with clients and their families.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions , implement treatment plans accurately, and collect data as directed.
- Physical ability to work with young children, including sitting, standing, lifting, and movement during therapy sessions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation if travel to client locations is required.
- Current RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) (or willingness to complete RBT certification within the first 90 days of employment if required by state law).
- Prior experience working with children, especially in ABA therapy or special education .
- Bilingual abilities (a plus).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail , particularly in data collection .
- Interest in a long-term career in behavioral health , with aspirations to pursue further ABA certifications .
