Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, a compassionate nature, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care.
• Execute nursing plans effectively.
• Assess patient conditions and monitor progress.
• Administer medications and therapies as prescribed.
• Document patient care and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to improve patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license.
• Completion of Prime CA Sexual Harassment Prevention Training.
• Current health vaccinations and tests as required by onboard protocols (COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza, TB Test, etc.).
• Driver's License or State ID.
• Completion of Prime Core Competencies Exam and Skills Checklist.
• Prime Drug Screening clearance (minimum 10-panel test).
