Experience in managing dysrhythmias and multisystem organ dysfunction/failure

Proficiency in IV therapy, central line care/management, and medication administration

Familiarity with respiratory interventions including CPAP/BiPAP and care of ventilated patients

Description: The Registered Nurse will work in the Emergency Room. Emergency room ratios are 1:4. The role may require holiday shifts and charge nurse assignments as needed. Weekend shifts are required, with 8 shifts in a 6-week scheduling period. The nurse will be responsible for managing a diverse patient population, including occasional OB patients. Floating between departments and units may be required. Candidates must have strong skills in patient assessment, organization, and teamwork. Preferred skills include interpretation of dysrhythmias and arterial blood gases. All applicants must adhere to facility policies and demonstrated competencies. Compliance with all required certifications and training is mandatory for the role.
