About the Role Klein & Wilson is seeking to hire a full-time, on-site dedicated litigation paralegal. The position will assist attorneys in all aspects of running litigation matters. Responsibilities: Formatting legal documents and correspondence Preparation of legal documents and correspondence Updating and maintaining client files Reviewing legal calendar for accuracy and upcoming deadlines Preparing for trial, arbitration, depositions, and other hearings Assisting with filing and serving legal documents Proofreading and finalizing all documents Qualifications: Minimum seven years of experience as a paralegal with an emphasis in civil litigation Paralegal certificate from an ABA approved program or qualified as a paralegal under Business and Professions Code section 6450(c) Organized and ability to self-prioritize workload Ability to work without direct supervision Excellent grammar and proofreading skills Meticulous attention to detail Sophisticated technology experience Strong Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro skills Knowledge of state, federal, and local court rules and California Code of Civil Procedure Required Skills: Strong Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro skills Excellent grammar and proofreading skills Meticulous attention to detail Sophisticated technology experience Knowledge of state, federal, and local court rules and California Code of Civil Procedure Pay range and compensation package: Competitive salary range of $100,000-$130,000. Actual compensation will be dependent on a variety of factors, including experience and qualifications.
