We're seeking a motivated Production Manager to oversee restoration projects, lead teams, and ensure exceptional customer service from start to finish.Primary ResponsibilitiesProject Management & OperationsEnsure accurate scopes of work and prepare estimates using industry-specific softwareNegotiate project scope and estimate approvals with customers and clientsSchedule, coordinate, and oversee crews, assets, and subcontractorsReview job site documentation and ensure proper billing and compliance with client requirementsMaintain clear written and verbal communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representativesManage production expenses, including labor, equipment, vehicles, and materialsOther duties as assignedLeadership & Customer ExperienceLead, coach, and develop restoration team membersParticipate in recruiting, hiring, and training new teammatesManage customer satisfaction and support a positive client experienceProvide priority responses to potential customers as neededRequirementsExperience & Skill SetAt least 1 year of management or supervisory experienceAt least 3 years of industry experienceIICRC certifications preferredStrong communication, organization, and leadership skillsAbility to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. regularly; up to 100 lbs. with assistanceAbility to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and operate in tight spacesAbility to work with/around cleaning agentsAbility to pass a background check (as allowed by law)Education & CredentialsHigh school diploma or GED requiredAssociate or Bachelor's degree preferredValid driver's license requiredCompensation & Benefits$50,000 annually + commissionCompetitive benefits packageMedical, Dental, Vision insurance401(k) with employer contributionCompany vehicle providedEach SERVPRO® Franchise is Independently Owned and Operated.
