Associate Director, Paid Social (Fully Remote)
Real Chemistry
- Lead paid social strategy and execution across healthcare and pharma accounts.
- Oversee campaign performance, financial stewardship, and team mentorship.
- Partner with integrated media and analytics teams to drive innovation.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in digital media with hands-on paid social and programmatic experience.
- Strong client leadership, analytical, and project management skills.
- Healthcare industry experience preferred but not required.
