Additional Information About the Role BJC HealthCare System is hiring a Part-Time Radiology Technologist (Mid - day / Evening Shift) for Memorial Hospital (Belleville, IL) $ 2,500 Sign on Bonus for eligible candidates!!! Position Details:

• Part-Time (24 hours per week) - Benefits Eligible!!!
• Schedule: Work 3 days per week

Shift times: Day & Evening with hours between (9:30am-8:00pm) or (12:00pm-10:30pm) Days off: Scheduled based on department needs * Extra Pay with rotating weekends and holidays Requirements:

• Associate degree or Trade School equivalency (or higher level of education)
• Certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography - R.T.(R)

Memorial Hospital Shiloh , a 94-bed, all-private suite hospital was recognized with Magnet status in 2018 and provides emergency care, labor & delivery, nursery, medical and surgical services plus critical care. The Diagnostic Radiology Department at Memorial Hospital provides diagnostic digital radiographic imaging for our inpatients and outpatients. The radiology department includes a variety of digital and computed radiography, fluoroscopy, and mobile radiography. Preferred Qualifications Role Purpose The Radiology Technologist performs general imaging radiographic procedures to adult and/or pediatric patients for the purpose of diagnosis and/or treatment of anatomic and physiologic disorders Responsibilities

• Prepares patient and equipment for procedures. Informs patient on instructions and what the procedure entails with a high level of customer service and professionalism.
• Performs radiographic imaging examinations independently, in on-call situations (if applicable), portable exams, and other tasks assigned by the department.
