Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Generalist to provide comprehensive HR support to both field and office-based teams. This role serves as a trusted partner to leaders and employees, helping foster a positive workplace culture while ensuring consistent application of company policies, employment practices, and HR programs. The ideal candidate will bring strong employee relations experience, recruiting expertise, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while supporting organizational growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Relations & HR Support

• Provide coaching, guidance, and HR support to supervisors and managers.
• Advise leadership on employee relations matters and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Promote consistency and fairness in the administration of company policies and procedures.
• Foster positive employee relations, morale, and internal customer satisfaction.
• Respond to employee and management inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Promote and maintain a respectful, harassment-free work environment.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Develop and implement creative recruiting strategies and sourcing programs.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for office and management-level positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to create and maintain accurate job descriptions.
• Develop standards and best practices for job descriptions and offer letters.
• Support onboarding processes and ensure a positive candidate experience.

HR Programs & Administration

• Coordinate training initiatives and programs related to performance management, hiring practices, promotions, terminations, workplace conduct, and other HR topics.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, programs, and training initiatives.
• Oversee employment data management, including onboarding and separation processes.
• Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and company policies.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of Human Resources Generalist experience.
• Strong background in employee relations, recruiting, leave of absence management, and benefits administration.
• HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) required or actively being pursued.

Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
