Maintenance Assistant (Part-Time)

Grand Villa is seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Assistant to join our vibrant community. This flexible, part-time role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for maintenance and repairs to contribute to a welcoming environment. The position involves working approximately 16 hours per week, with some weekend availability required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform painting, repairs, and general maintenance tasks throughout the community
• Assist with HVAC system troubleshooting and basic servicing
• Conduct routine inspections to identify and address maintenance needs
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and staff
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in painting, repairs, HVAC, and general maintenance
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Flexibility to work some weekends and adapt to a flexible schedule
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
• Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks, including lifting and climbing
