Applies this to all other areas of responsibility.10% Teamwork, Communication and OrganizationWorks together with team and with other departments, such as Sales Producers, Client Advisors, etc.Plans and discusses the execution of strategies. Meets deadlines set forth by Producers.Volunteers to back up and/or assist others as needed. Ability to bring full resolution to issues minimal Producer/Director involvement.Computer SkillsTo perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Agency Management Systems, Excel Software, Design Software, Spreadsheet Software, Word Processing Software, and Internet software.Education and/or ExperienceAt least three years related insurance experience and/or training, preferably handling multi-line, commercial accounts; or equivalent combination of education and experience.CertificationsMust hold applicable state insurance license or have the ability to obtain such within 90 days of employment. Must be able to obtain insurance designations as set forth by the organization's education plan.
