Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with various physical conditions to restore function and mobility
• Develop personalized treatment plans using evidence-based practices
• Educate patients and families on exercises and strategies for recovery
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
• Document patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
• Make a real impact on patients' quality of life every day

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active California Physical Therapist license or compact eligible
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Previous experience in an outpatient or acute care setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques
• Ability to develop rapport quickly with patients and staff
• Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Passion for helping others achieve their goals
