$110,000 - $130,000 base salary with a 10% bonus

Requirements

• 7+ years of IT experience, including hands-on administration of Microsoft 365 and enterprise SaaS platforms
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Power Platform)
• Significant experience with enterprise AI tools, including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure AI services, and generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT and Claude
• Proficiency in API integration, connector configuration, authentication, and permissions management
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, application registration, and identity/access management
• Experience providing complex technical support (L2/L3) and troubleshooting platform issues
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, AI governance, and data protection standards
• Excellent documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills
  

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and troubleshoot enterprise AI tools within the Microsoft 365 environment
• Integrate AI capabilities with Microsoft 365 services including Teams, SharePoint, and Power Platform
• Support and maintain AI platform configurations, licensing, and operational standards
• Provide advanced support for AI system incidents, performing root cause analysis and vendor escalation as needed
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure secure AI tool deployment and usage
• Assist in operationalizing AI use cases, including migrating and managing meeting notes and data repositories
• Develop automation scripts and tools to enhance platform support and administration
