Kitchen Staff

Position Summary: Our kitchen staff helps prepare and serve our menu items while keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a smaller, friendly work environment where attention to detail and teamwork are important. Responsibilities include: Prepare menu items according to Copa recipes and standards Complete basic food prep before and during service Plate food neatly and consistently Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and work area Follow food safety and sanitation procedures Wash dishes and help with kitchen cleanup as needed Monitor supplies and communicate when items need to be restocked Work together with servers and other staff to provide excellent customer service What we’re looking for: Reliable and punctual Positive attitude and willingness to learn Able to work independently after training Takes pride in quality and presentation Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment during busy periods Previous kitchen experience is helpful but not required Schedule: Part-time position - principally Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings.
