Job Summary:
Flexforce Staffing is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician (Night Shift)
9:00 PM – 5:30 AM | Full-Time
Some weekends & overtime requiredto perform laboratory testing and quality inspections to ensure products meet food safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform microbiological, chemical, antibiotic, and product testing
Test finished products and raw materials
Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment
Monitor product weights and quality
Complete accurate paperwork and documentation
Follow GMP, SOP, SQF, food safety, and PPE requirements
Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work environment
Communicate quality issues with other departments

Requirements:

Associate degree and/or related experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree or 2–3 years of microbiology/lab experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, wet environment
Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Must be willing to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
