ENT Hospitalist (Inpatient-Focused) – Faculty Opportunity

A leading academic health system is seeking a highly motivated ENT Hospitalist to join its expanding Otolaryngology service line. This faculty opportunity is ideal for physicians who enjoy high-acuity care, procedural work, and multidisciplinary collaboration working in an inpatient setting.

Position Highlights

83; Inpatient-focused role: consults, rounding, procedures, and care coordination

83; Monday – Friday clinical work schedule

83; High-acuity cases with frequent bedside procedures (e.g., scopes)

83; Opportunity to perform inpatient surgical cases as needed

83; Work closely with multidisciplinary teams and APP support

83; Participate in teaching residents (rotations throughout the year)

83; Opportunity to help grow consult volume and expand hospital-based ENT services

83; Visa sponsorship available

Compensation & Incentives

83; Base salary guarantee with productivity (wRVU)

83; Bonus potential: ~10% incentive

83; Additional incentives: loan forgiveness, stipend, relocation, sign on bonus, retirement plans, full benefits package
