Inbound Crew Member (Inbound Receiver)
Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 4:00 PM
Pay: $17.50/hr
Reports to: Inbound Lead
Responsibilities:
- Receive new products as they enter the building.
- Inspect products for damage upon receipt.
- Ensure all FSQA standards are met at receipt.
- Meet established standards for quantity and quality of work on an ongoing basis.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Self-motivated with a high sense of urgency, resourcefulness, and adaptability.
- Ability to meet established standards for quantity and quality of work.
- Comfortable working in a temperature-controlled environment averaging 34F.
- Adherence to health & safety policies, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and quality standards.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to provide coaching and/or feedback in a constructive manner.
