Renewals Specialist

Driving customer adoption and retention, the full-time Renewals Specialist will manage enterprise accounts remotely, ensuring successful renewals and fostering long-term client relationships while achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business success Educate clients on the benefits of UiPath solutions for their operations and financial performance Achieve sales and renewal targets while proactively managing the renewal process and resolving issues Required qualifications: Minimum 2-4 years' experience in renewals, sales, or account management in a tech or SaaS environment Proven ability to manage enterprise-level client portfolios and build long-term relationships Experience with Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for account management Comfortable negotiating with procurement departments and handling contract renewals Authorized to work in the United States for this role
