Your Role as a Customer Service Representative: You'll be the heartbeat of our agency-building strong, lasting customer relationships while delivering expert insurance advice tailored to their needs. Be the trusted advisor helping our customers navigate the day-to-day needs and insurance questions. You'll proactively introduce products and services that make a real difference. Licensed (or working toward licensing) in Texas for Property & Casualty (REQUIRED). Prior State Farm agency experience (PREFERRED). Experience in insurance sales or customer service representative is a plus! A natural leader and relationship-builder with positive energy. Goal-oriented with a proven ability to exceed targets.
