Job Description Physio-Med, Inc. is a therapist-owned outpatient rehabilitation practice with clinics located in Lady Lake, Leesburg, and Eustis, FL. A Physical Therapist is needed for a position at our Lady Lake outpatient facility. You will receive opportunities to improve your manual therapy skills through collaboration with our highly experienced therapists as well as monthly skills-based training focused on manual therapy techniques. Job Responsibilities Promotes and maintains health by providing physical therapy services and by identifying patient care issues. Documents measurements and progress with active communication as the supervising therapist. Administers established care plans and completes appropriate documentation. Requirements Active Physical Therapist (PT) State License Schedule Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00; Potential for part-time opportunity if preferred Job Types Full-time Pay Pay range: $94,000.00 - $104,000.00 per year; may be negotiable based on experience.
