- Recruit and attract top sales talent to the team.
- Coach sales professionals, provide training, and hold them accountable for results.
- Build expertise in mortgage financing, local neighborhoods, schools, and homeownership.
- Participate in weekly coaching, training, partner calls, and leadership development.
- Master PLACE technology and implement its talent-attraction systems.
- Grow personally through prospecting and client consulting while managing marketing campaigns.
- Oversee contract negotiations and ensure the team maximizes database and lead opportunities.
- Accountability-based leadership driving people to achieve goals
- Excellent at building rapport
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good organizational skills
- Learning based
- Able to build and lead a team
- 5+ years of industry and sales experience required
- 3+ years of leadership experience preferred
- Must have active Real Estate license
